Product Description

Railway Carriage Screw Jack Lifting Mechanism Used to Lift Rail Train That Conveys Rails Wagon:
1. Screw Jack Load Capacity in general = 5000kg maximum.
2. Traveling speed is by hand, however maximum travel per turn possible will be important.
3. The equipment is used on a rail train that conveys 48 of 60kg/m rails of 240 meters long. Offloading takes place two rails at a time. 48 Rails can be offloaded in one day. Offloading of 48 rails can happen up to about four times per week and continue almost whole year long.
4. Working conditions: Outdoor, Dusty, Humid, Seashore/Offshore and Dry.
5. The maximum outside diameter of hand wheel should not exceed 140mm.
6. Please note that the same hand wheel will be used to turn the screw jack as well as the horizontal screw.
7. The horizontal screws will be required to be operated from both ends.
8. The screw jacks will be linked with a rod. This means that two screw jacks work together and will be operated from any side of rail wagon.
