Screw jacks lifting platforms are commonly used to lift and lower automated guided vehicles (AGV). They are a key component in automated machinery because they are reliable, precise, and energy efficient. Screw jacks are also a safer option than pneumatic or hydraulic systems because the load is self-locking. Screw jacks can lift platforms in industrial AGVs. For example, a jacking device can be used to lift an AGV up and transport it after it dives into a material truck or rack. Screw jacks can enhance safety when raising and lowering AGVs. For example, if there is a power failure, the spindle lifting gears will hold the position and the load will remain secure. Screw jacks can be more energy efficient than pneumatic or hydraulic systems. Screw jacks can be more precise than pneumatic or hydraulic systems.
4-Jacks Lift System Configurations:
1. U-Configuration: four screw jacks arrangement, three 3-way miter gear boxes, eleven flexible couplings, four connecting shafts, one motor or one handwheel.
2. H-Configuration: four screw jacks arrangement, three 3-way miter gear boxes, thirteen flexible couplings, six connecting shafts, one motor or one handwheel.
3. HI-Configuration: four screw jacks arrangement, two 3-way miter gear boxes, eleven flexible couplings, five connecting shafts, one motor or one handwheel.
4. UI-Configuration: four screw jacks arrangement, two 3-way miter gear boxes, nine flexible couplings, three connecting shafts, one motor or one handwheel.
5. T-Configuration: four screw jacks arrangement, one 3-way miter gear box, nine flexible couplings, four connecting shafts, one motor or one handwheel.
6. TT-Configuration: four screw jacks arrangement, one 4-way miter gear box, nine flexible couplings, four connecting shafts, one motor or one handwheel.
Note: when connecting shafts length is exceed maximum distance of between supports, pillow blocks are required.
* Free 2D AutoCAD Assembly Drawings (PDF, DWG, DXF Format).
Before packing, all Customers' orders will be inspected following Production Drawings and Inspection Report.
* Inspection of Screw Jack: model, screw diameter, screw pitch, installation type, basic design, stroke length, screw end types, wormgear ratio, worm shaft diameter, input shaft types, motor flange types, accessories, lubrications, housing color, orders with special requirements, smooth lifting.
* Inspection of Bevel Gearbox: model, input shaft diameter, output shaft(solid or hollow) diameter, input flange dimensions, shaft arrangements, rotation directions, mounting positions, gear ratios, accessories, lubrications, housing color, orders with special requirements.
* Inspection of Lifting System: except above points, must inspect the order quantities of jacks, gearboxes and others.
