Cubic Electric Lifting Screw Jack Load Capacity 5 ton with Encoder. Machine screw mechanical actuator is produced in many standard models with a wide range of capacities, there is a standard model for almost any requirement. Operated manually or by means of gear motors, machine screw actuator models can be used singly, in tandem or in multiple arrangements. Since most capacities have a uniform lifting speed, added economy can be realized in raising unevenly distributed loads by operating the different capacities in union.Limit switches in encased configuration for normal and emergency shutoff of the spindle lifting elements or on the onsite structure. Limit switches can be mounted on the screw jacks cover pipe to signal stroke positions such as end of travel. The switch is triggered by a cam or target disc on the end of the lead screw.Complete accessories: bellow, anti-backlash design, safety nut, ball screw, limit switch, overload clutch, potentiometer, encoder, brake, hand-wheel, mounting accessories. Control and safety systems (mechanical/inductive limit switches, absolute/incremental encoders, etc.). could be delivered include motors - asynchronous / servomotors / with absolute encoders.

When your selection is made within the areas shaded dark gray, you will need to reduce duty cycle or choose the bigger size screw jack in order to allow effective heat dissipation.
Before packing, all Customers' orders will be inspected following Production Drawings and Inspection Report.* Inspection of Screw Jack: model, screw diameter, screw pitch, installation type, basic design, stroke length, screw end types, wormgear ratio, worm shaft diameter, input shaft types, motor flange types, accessories, lubrications, housing color, orders with special requirements, smooth lifting.
* Inspection of Bevel Gearbox: model, input shaft diameter, output shaft(solid or hollow) diameter, input flange dimensions, shaft arrangements, rotation directions, mounting positions, gear ratios, accessories, lubrications, housing color, orders with special requirements.
* Inspection of Lifting System: except above points, must inspect the order quantities of jacks, gearboxes and others.
