1. Screw Jack Series
JTC: JTC series cubic screw jack
2. Lifting Capacity
100: maximum static lifting capacity 100kN.
For JTC series cubic screw jacks, available static lifting capacities 2.5 kN, 5 kN, 10 kN, 25 kN, 50 kN, 100 kN, 150 kN, 200 kN, 250 kN, 350 kN and 500 kN.
Before selecting lifting capacities, please check corresponding models technical parameter table.
3. Screw Configurations & Mounting Orientation
US: Upright translating screw UK: Upright keyed screw UR: Upright rotating screw
IS: Inverted translating screw IK: Inverted keyed screw IR: Inverted rotating screw
* Important Note: The lifting screw of a translating screw jack must be attached to the guided load which prevents the lifting screw from rotating. To add the linear guides, rails or rolls are recommended.
* Important Note: If your application involves a load which is unattached, unguided or the load is free to rotate and not translate, then a keyed anti-rotation screw jack(key and keyway) are required to prevent lifting screw rotation (not recommended).
4. Travel Length
900, means exact travel length 900mm. All travel length of JTC series cubic screw jacks are customized, the travel length available range from 5mm to 9000mm.
Important Note: If compressive loads, must consider the lead screw permissible buckling load.
5. Worm Gear Ratio
There are two worm gear ratios for every JTC series cubic screw jacks models. please check corresponding models technical parameter table
They are H: high speed and L: slow speed
H: High gear ratios, 1mm travel length per one turn of input shaft.
L: Low gear ratios, 0.25mm travel length per one turn of input shaft.

6. Lifting Screw End Fittings
All JTC series cubic screw jacks models lifting screw end fittings includes top plate (I), clevis end (II), plain end(III) and threaded end (IV). Custom made spherical hinge, forked head etc. If special lifting screw end fitting needed, please send us the end fitting drawings, we will process them following the drawings.
7. Input Shaft(Worm) Types and Motor Adapter Types
A: left side input shaft(worm).
B: right side input shaft(worm).
C: double input shaft(worm).
M1: right side motor adapter, and left side input shaft(worm).
M2: right side motor adapter.
M3: left side motor adapter, right side input shaft(worm).
M4: left side motor adapter.

Warning
1. Input RPM should not exceed 1500 RPM.
2. Never exceed the JTC series cubic screw jacks static and dynamic capacity.
3. Never exceed the power listed in our JTC series cubic screw jacks specification tables. If the maximum power recommendation is exceeded, reduce the speed, use a larger capacity machine screw jacks, choose another screw jacks ratio, or consider a more efficient screw jack type such as a ball screw.
