2.5 ton capacity screw mechanical lift jack is used to pushing, pulling, apply pressure as linear actuators, and offer positive mechanical action, precise positioning, and uniform lifting speeds. Standard configurations include upright or inverted units with translating or rotating lifting screws, and top plate, threaded, or clevis ends.
1. Upright or inverted units with maximum static load capacity 2.5 ton in tension or compression.
2. With higher ratios are inherently self-locking and will hold the loads without creep as long as the screw jack is not subject to vibration.
3. Lifting screw with 30mm diameter, 6mm pitch (single start trapezoidal screw thread).
4. Available in 6:1 and 24:1 ratios.
5. Custom travel lengths from 10mm to 2000mm.
6. Translating lifting screws (travelling screw jacks), keyed lifting screws for anti-rotation (keyed screw jacks), and rotating lifting screws with traveling nut (travelling nut screw jacks) as the standard configurations.
7. Worm screw (input shaft) is rotated by a handwheel with handle (manually operated screw jack) or by a gear motor (electrically operated screw jack).
8. Can be applied either individually use or in tandem or in multiple arrangements for exactly synchronized lifting system, linked by connecting shafts, bevel gears and couplings etc.

Selection of screw jacks using these figures should only be carried out in consultation with our engineers. When your selection is made within the areas shaded dark gray, you will need to reduce duty cycle or choose the bigger size screw jack in order to allow effective heat dissipation.
Before packing, all Customers' orders will be inspected following Production Drawings and Inspection Report.
* Inspection of Screw Jack: model, screw diameter, screw pitch, installation type, basic design, stroke length, screw end types, wormgear ratio, worm shaft diameter, input shaft types, motor flange types, accessories, lubrications, housing color, orders with special requirements, smooth lifting.
* Inspection of Bevel Gearbox: model, input shaft diameter, output shaft(solid or hollow) diameter, input flange dimensions, shaft arrangements, rotation directions, mounting positions, gear ratios, accessories, lubrications, housing color, orders with special requirements.
* Inspection of Lifting System: except above points, must inspect the order quantities of jacks, gearboxes and others.
