5 ton Electric Cylinders as Pneumatic Cylinder Replacements. They are well suited for industrial environments where protection of the lifting screw mechanism is critical and low maintenance is desired. Requiring only electric power, the electric cylinders are best choice to replace hydraulic cylinders, eliminating the cost and potential for leaks associated with hydraulic systems.
* Maximum static load capacities 5 ton (50 kN).
* Self-locking trapezoidal screw sizes Tr 40x8.
* Two gear ratios: high ratio 1:6, slow ratio 1:24.
* There are no "standard" travel lengths. each electric cylinder jack is built to specification.
* Available in Direct Motor Mounts and Parallel Motor Mounts with additional gearboxes.
* Available in machine screw and ball screw, precise positioning, and uniform speed.
* Standard with 1-start thread screw, custom 2-starts threads screw which offers increased travel speed and require a brake or external locking device to hold position.
* End fittings: top plate, clevis end, threaded end, plain end, fork head and rod end.
* Power source: manual operation, electric motor drive, or both together.
* Single unit use, or multiple screw jack cylinders systems including gear motors, bevel gearboxes, connecting shafts and couplings for dual or multiple electric cylinder actuators arrangements.
* Standard electric cylinders are purchased without a motor or geared motor. Note: Brake motors must be specified for all ballscrews electric cylinders. And for any machine screw electric cylinder with an efficiency ratio greater than or equal to 30%.

Before packing, all Customers' orders will be inspected following Production Drawings and Inspection Report.
* Inspection of Screw Jack: model, screw diameter, screw pitch, installation type, basic design, stroke length, screw end types, wormgear ratio, worm shaft diameter, input shaft types, motor flange types, accessories, lubrications, housing color, orders with special requirements, smooth lifting.
* Inspection of Bevel Gearbox: model, input shaft diameter, output shaft(solid or hollow) diameter, input flange dimensions, shaft arrangements, rotation directions, mounting positions, gear ratios, accessories, lubrications, housing color, orders with special requirements.
* Inspection of Lifting System: except above points, must inspect the order quantities of jacks, gearboxes and others.
