Mini Screw Jacks are designed for the adjustment of process equipment system, Miniature Precision Lifting Jacks, Light Weight Precision Lifting Jacks.

Features
1. Upright or inverted installation with maximum static load capacity 2.5 kN (250 kg)
2. Self-locking machine screw with no need brake or lock mechanisms to hold position. 
3. Machine screw diameter 14mm, pitch 4mm (single start acme thread).
4. Available in 5:1 and 20:1 ratios.
5. Customize travel length, max. 1500mm with tension load. 
6. Translating screw (travelling screw jack), keyed screw for anti-rotation (keyed screw jack), and rotating screw (travelling nut screw jack) as the standard configurations.
7. Mini manual screw jack with 125mm diameter handwheel. Option mini electric screw jack with small motor, but can not directly coupled with motor flange, ONLY connection by coupling for foot mounted.
8. Individually mini screw jack use, or mini screw jack lift system, linked by couplings, connecting shafts, mini bevel gearboxes with 1:1 ratio.

1. Conditions: 20% running time/60 minutes or 30% running time/10 minutes, 20 °C ambient temperature. Maximum allowable input power 0.18kw, when your selection is exceed the maximum input power, the operational restrictions due to thermal limits. you will need to choose the bigger size screw jacks in order to allow effective heat dissipation. 
2. H=high ratio 5:1 (0.8mm stroke for one input turn), L=slow ratio 20:1 (0.2mm stroke for one input turn).
3. Nm=input torque required, kW=input power required. 
4. Selection of mini screw jack using above figures should only be carried out in consultation with Jacton engineers.

Screw jacks are transmission products (machine screws or ball screws) that make rotary motion using gearbox assemblies (worm gears or bevel gears) and motors. They can be used to push, pull, tension, unlock, tilt, rotate, pull, raise or lower loads ranging from a few kilos to several thousand tons. The key components of screw jacks are trapezoidal lifting screw, worm screw, worm gear and gear housing. Worm screw is rotated manually (manual screw jack) or by a motor (electric screw jack). The screw jack working principle: Worm screw rotate the worm gear; the rotating worm gear move the lifting screw up and down in linear motion way. If input a small rotation force on worm screw, it can amplify force from lifting screw shaft. This mechanical advantage property is good for raising and lowering maintenance platforms, opening and closing air dampers, oven doors, sluice gates, adjusting tooling machine beds.
 
Screw jacks are a combination of a screw with a gearbox. There are three types of configurations that can be adapted to different requirements:
Translating screw design: The screw moves when the gearbox input shaft (worm shaft end) is activated. It includes a rounded screw protection tube on the back.
Anti-rotating keyed screw design: The screw engages, as in configuration translating screw design but with the difference that the screw with milled keyway, or the back protective tube is square section.
Rotating screw design: The screw does not move with the driving of the worm shaft, it only turns; it is the corresponding travel nut that moves along the screw.

Hand Wheel Manual Screw Jack 1 Ton to 20 Ton
Hand wheels in a variety of diameters. They are recommended for self-locking jacks and actuators and can be mounted directly to the jack input shaft. Since hand wheels are are mounted directly onto jacks and actuators and specified as part of the complete jack part number. Their specific selection is dependent on input torque requirements.
A hand wheel is a convenient solution for manually operating a jack when using machine screw jacks in intermittent positioning applications. Hand wheels are available in a range of diameters from 5 to 16 inches and can be adapted for use on jacks up to the 20 tons capacity model.
NOTE: Hand wheels do not include a brake and therefore are not for use with ball screw jacks. When using hand wheels with a jack that can back drive (12:1 and lower) an additional locking mechanism may be required to prevent "creep".

Electric Motorized Screw Jack 1 Ton to 100 Ton
Screw jacks can be connected directly to an electric motor creating a compact linear drive. Standard 3 phase motors are most common. For lower powers DC motors can be used, or servo motors can achieve high performance.
Electric Screw Jack can also be called motorized screw jack, it includes a worm gear screw jack and an electric motor.The screw jack can be self-locking acme screw jack or high precision ball screw jack.The motor can be high precision servo motor,stepper motor,helical gear motor, worm gear motor, 3-phase asynchronous motor and 12v,24v,48v do motor and dc gear motor etc.

Worm Gear Screw Jack systems are ruggedly designed and produced in standard models with load handling capacities from 1 ton to 100 tons. They may be used individually or in multiple arrangements. There are no "standard" travel lengths and all Worm Gear Screw Jack systems are built to specification. The jack housings are made of ductile iron and proportioned to support the rated capacity of the unit. 
Screw Jack System is usually used for lifting heavy duty load or lifting platform. Screw Jack System mainly includes screw jack, bevel gearbox, electric motor, connecting rod coupling, gear reducer.
