Electric Self-Locking Screw Jack Platform Lift 5 Tonnes. For high-dynamic and high-precision screw jack-applications there are high-performance rod ends available for the connection of the screw jack. The backlash ball joint allows fast movements with adjustment of three rotatory variances. To avoid full loads onto the ball joint, high-performance rod ends should only be applied in anti-twist designs. We can provide a wide range of worm gear screw jacks accessories like protection tube, bellows boots, motor flanges, bevel gearboxes etc.
Motorized screw jack can also be called Electric screw jack, which includes a worm gear screw jack and an electric motor. The Motorized Jacks have higher efficiency than manual screw jack. There are two types worm gear screw jack for motorized screw jacks, they are self-locking machine screw jack or high precision ball screw jack. The motor can be a high-precision servomotor, stepping motor, geared motor, worm gear reducer, bevel helical gearmotor, worm helical gearmotor, three-phase motor, or single phase motor, and 12v, 24v, 48v Brush or Brushless DC motors and DC gear motors, etc. Note: If it is a electric ball screw jack, a brake motor or an external locking device is required to maintain the position. Electric screw jacks offer the most economic solutions for a wide range of industrial applications and the load capacity up to 100-ton as standard.

When your selection is made within the areas shaded dark gray, you will need to reduce duty cycle or choose the bigger size screw jack in order to allow effective heat dissipation.
Before packing, all Customers' orders will be inspected following Production Drawings and Inspection Report.* Inspection of Screw Jack: model, screw diameter, screw pitch, installation type, basic design, stroke length, screw end types, wormgear ratio, worm shaft diameter, input shaft types, motor flange types, accessories, lubrications, housing color, orders with special requirements, smooth lifting.
* Inspection of Bevel Gearbox: model, input shaft diameter, output shaft(solid or hollow) diameter, input flange dimensions, shaft arrangements, rotation directions, mounting positions, gear ratios, accessories, lubrications, housing color, orders with special requirements.
* Inspection of Lifting System: except above points, must inspect the order quantities of jacks, gearboxes and others.
