100 Ton Capacity Worm Gear Mechanical Jack Lift Gearbox(Machine Screw jacks) are used for positioning loads in numerous applications, however when the load direction alternates between tension and compression within the operating cycle and a high position accuracy must be maintained then a specific type of screw jack is required. Bellows Boot Screw Protection Prevents ingress of dirt and debris onto screw threads. Precision Machined Lifting Screw available in standard material or stainless steel.
1. Upright or inverted units with maximum static load capacity 100 ton in tension or compression.
2. With higher ratios are inherently self-locking and will hold the loads without creep as long as the screw jack is not subject to vibration.
3. Lifting screw with 160mm diameter, 23mm pitch (single start trapezoidal screw thread).
4. Available in 12:1 and 36:1 ratios.
5. Custom travel lengths from 50mm to 13000mm.
6. Translating lifting screws (travelling screw jacks), keyed lifting screws for anti-rotation (keyed screw jacks), and rotating lifting screws with traveling nut (travelling nut screw jacks) as the standard configurations.
7. Worm screw (input shaft) is rotated by a handwheel with handle (manually operated screw jack) or by a gear motor (electrically operated screw jack).

When your selection is made within the areas shaded dark gray, you will need to reduce duty cycle or choose the bigger size screw jack in order to allow effective heat dissipation.
Before packing, all Customers' orders will be inspected following Production Drawings and Inspection Report.* Inspection of Screw Jack: model, screw diameter, screw pitch, installation type, basic design, stroke length, screw end types, wormgear ratio, worm shaft diameter, input shaft types, motor flange types, accessories, lubrications, housing color, orders with special requirements, smooth lifting.
* Inspection of Bevel Gearbox: model, input shaft diameter, output shaft(solid or hollow) diameter, input flange dimensions, shaft arrangements, rotation directions, mounting positions, gear ratios, accessories, lubrications, housing color, orders with special requirements.
* Inspection of Lifting System: except above points, must inspect the order quantities of jacks, gearboxes and others.
