Jacton Industry offers Heavy Duty Transmission Worm Gear Screw Jack Electric Screw Jacks,2.5ton Electric Screw Lift Motor Proximity Switches and 3-Phase Motor meet your requirements. Prevents the screw from being removed from the jack gearbox. Fitted as standard on ball screw. Optionally available for worm gear screw jacks with trapezoidal screws. The stop collar cannot be used as a fixed stop. In addition to the extensive standard range, we can also supply anticlockwise, multi-start and special material worm gear screw jacks on request.
2.5 tonnes worm electric screw lift jacks (cubic design) are high quality engineering products for precise lifting, lowering and pivoting of loads, and are, under normal operation, maintenance free. This motor jack is in a trunnion mounting arrangement, the screw has a pivot on the end and the jack body is mounted on a large pivoting frame, or trunnion. This type of mounting is particularly common in the antenna industry. In practice, the pivot should be as close to the centerline of the internal nut as design permits. Its features cover acme lead screw Tr 30x6, stroke 600 mm, highest ratio 1/6, vertical lifting, travelling screw design, attached proximity switches, bellows boots, rod ends, protect covers, and trunnion mounting feets.

Cubic Screw Jack 25kN Lifting Capacity Features:
1. Upright or inverted installation with maximum static lifting capacity 25kN.
2. Self-locking with no need brake or lock mechanisms to hold position. 
3. 30mm diameter lifting screw, 6mm lead acme screw (single start acme thread).
4. Available in 6:1 and 24:1 ratios.
5. Custom travel lengths from 15mm to 2000mm. 
6. Translating screw (travelling screw jacks), keyed screw for anti-rotation, and rotating screw with traveling nut (travelling nut screw jacks) as the standard configurations.
7. Worm screw is rotated by a hand wheel with handle (manual screw jack) or by a electric motor (electric screw jack). 
8. Can be applied either individually use or combined into a exactly synchronized lifting system, linked by connecting shafts, bevel gears and couplings etc.

Cubic screw jack 25kn lifting capacity main components with international standard materials: The main components are trapezoidal lifting screw (worm screw) with C45 steel material, worm gear or travelling nut with bronze material, worm shaft with heat treatment C45 steel material, thrust bearings, grease seals and gear housing with ductile iron.

1. Conditions: 20% running time/60 minutes or 30% running time/10 minutes, 20 °C ambient temperature. Maximum allowable input power 1.2kw, when your selection is exceed the maximum input power, the operational restrictions due to thermal limits. you will need to choose the bigger size screw jacks in order to allow effective heat dissipation. 
2. Nm=input torque required, kW=input power required. 
3. H=high ratio 6:1 (1mm stroke for one input turn), L=slow ratio 24:1 (0.25mm stroke for one input turn).
4. Selection of screw jacks using above figures should only be carried out in consultation with Jacton engineers.
