Product Description

Motorized screw jacks (also known as a automatic motorized screw jack, a motorized jack screw, a motorised screw jack, or a motorized worm gear screw jack) is used in many fields where it is necessary to lift different loads, such as automated production lines for sheet metal machinery, packaging, textiles, plastics, renewable energy and more. Motorized machine screw jacks with trapezoidal screws have precisely positioning and self-locking feature for no creeping down without brake mechanism or locking systems. Important Note: ball screw jacks are self-lowering without self-locking. Brake motors are required to stopping and precise positioning the load for motorized ball screw jacks. If the motor frequency will be varied to provide a soft start, an inverter duty brake motor may be required. 

Screw jacks with motorized drive can be used as a single unit motorized screw jacks or in multiple combinations as perfectly syncronized motorized screw jack lift systems which links two or more screw jacks by drive shafts, couplings and right angle gear boxes. Motor types of motorized screw jacks: three phase induction motor, single phase induction motor, geared motor, stepper motor, servomotor, worm gear motor reducer, air motor or hydraulic motor, dc motor and dc geared motor. All standard motors are 3-phase, 220-380 VAC, 50hz, 1450 rpm. Single phase motors are 220 VAC, 50hz, 1450 rpm. Load capacities of motorized screw jacks: 2.5 kN, 5 kN, 10 kN, 25 kN, 50 kN, 100 kN, 150 kN, 200 kN, 250 kN, 350 kN, 500 kN capacity models.
