Acme screw nut screw jack motor drive 2.5 tons. Screw jacks transform a rotary motion from an electric, hydraulic or pneumatic motor or even manual operation into a linear movement in a vertical (push-pull lifting) or horizontal position. Screw Jacks are manufactured in the standard configuration Upright/Inverted Translating Screw with male, female Screw end or top plate, Upright/Inverted Rotating Screw with flanged nut. We do not have standard Work Screw length and each Screw Jack is manufactured following specific requirements.Traveling nut type screw jack: If the upper and lower spaces are limited and if the full stroke is required, it is possible to rotate the lifting screw and lift the non-rotating nut. The lifting screw end is usually fitted with a radial bearing to prevent vibration. In the case of a long stroke, however, the use of a thrust bearing can prevent buckling because the lifting screw shaft is subjected to tensile loads only.

Selection of screw jacks using these figures should only be carried out in consultation with our engineers. When your selection is made within the areas shaded dark gray, you will need to reduce duty cycle or choose the bigger size screw jack in order to allow effective heat dissipation.
Before packing, all Customers' orders will be inspected following Production Drawings and Inspection Report.
* Inspection of Screw Jack: model, screw diameter, screw pitch, installation type, basic design, stroke length, screw end types, wormgear ratio, worm shaft diameter, input shaft types, motor flange types, accessories, lubrications, housing color, orders with special requirements, smooth lifting.
* Inspection of Bevel Gearbox: model, input shaft diameter, output shaft(solid or hollow) diameter, input flange dimensions, shaft arrangements, rotation directions, mounting positions, gear ratios, accessories, lubrications, housing color, orders with special requirements.
* Inspection of Lifting System: except above points, must inspect the order quantities of jacks, gearboxes and others.
