15 ton higher efficiency bevel gear screw jacks may be used individually or in multiple arrangements. There are no "standard" travel lengths and each bevel gear screw jack is built to specification. All high bevel gear screw jacks are equipped with hardened, sharpened and spiral toothed bevel gear transmissions for high lifting speed and greater duty cycle. Bevel Gear Machine Screw Jacks incorporate the use of a trapezoidal acme screw.

Before packing, all Customers' orders will be inspected following Production Drawings and Inspection Report.* Inspection of Screw Jack: model, screw diameter, screw pitch, installation type, basic design, stroke length, screw end types, wormgear ratio, worm shaft diameter, input shaft types, motor flange types, accessories, lubrications, housing color, orders with special requirements, smooth lifting.
* Inspection of Bevel Gearbox: model, input shaft diameter, output shaft(solid or hollow) diameter, input flange dimensions, shaft arrangements, rotation directions, mounting positions, gear ratios, accessories, lubrications, housing color, orders with special requirements.
* Inspection of Lifting System: except above points, must inspect the order quantities of jacks, gearboxes and others.
