12v dc motor lead screw jacks nut traveling 1 ton. For special application, for example solar tracker industry, most of engineers or designers prefer to use 24V, 36V, 48V DC motor with gear reducer direct connected worm gear screw jack. Ball screw jacks include ball nuts that are about 90% efficient so the jacks require much less energy to lift an equal load than their machine screw jack counterpart. They are NOT self-locking so a brake motor needs to be included in the drive system and hand wheels are not a recommended option.A DC Motor whose poles are made of Permanent Magnets is known as Permanent Magnet DC (PMDC) Motor. The magnets are radially magnetized and are mounted on the inner periphery of the cylindrical steel stator. The stator of the motor serves as a return path for the magnetic flux. The rotor has a DC armature, with commutator segments and brushes. The Permanent Magnet DC motor generally operates on 6 V, 12 V or 24 Volts DC supply obtained from the batteries or rectifiers. The interaction between the axial current carrying rotor conductors and the magnetic flux produced by the permanent magnet results in the generation of the torque.

* Inspection of Screw Jack: model, screw diameter, screw pitch, installation type, basic design, stroke length, screw end types, wormgear ratio, worm shaft diameter, input shaft types, motor flange types, accessories, lubrications, housing color, orders with special requirements, smooth lifting.
* Inspection of Bevel Gearbox: model, input shaft diameter, output shaft(solid or hollow) diameter, input flange dimensions, shaft arrangements, rotation directions, mounting positions, gear ratios, accessories, lubrications, housing color, orders with special requirements.
* Inspection of Lifting System: except above points, must inspect the order quantities of jacks, gearboxes and others.
