With its easy-to-mount, cubic housing, it can easily be extended to form wide-area jack systems with the help of its wide range of accessories. Electric screw jack saves time and requires less human power to operate, which makes make the operation easier, safer, automation, efficiency and more reliable. Once loads, duty cycles, and travel speeds are established, engineers and designers must choose the type of screw jack with ball screw or machine screw, also the type of electric motor with AC motor, AC geared motor, AC gear reducer, AC worm gear motor reducer, DC motor, DC geared motor, DC gear reducer, DC worm gear speed reducer, stepper motor, and servo motor etc. 
Small motorized screw jack with light duty 2.5KN, a compact and versatile cubic design gearbox, inverted mount, travelling screw type, stroke 100mm, slow gear ratio 20:1, self locking ACME screw diameter 14 mm, pitch(lead) 4mm, top plate end, right shaft and left shaft. Accessories: dc 12v motor, protection tube and flexible coupling.

Mini Cubic Screw Jack 2.5kN Lifting Capacity Features:
1. Upright or inverted installation with maximum static lifting capacity 2.5kN.
2. Self-locking with no need brake or lock mechanisms to hold position. 
3. 14mm diameter lifting screw, 4mm lead acme screw (single start acme thread).
4. Available in 5:1 and 20:1 ratios.
5. Custom travel lengths from 10mm to 1500mm. 
6. Translating screw (travelling screw jacks), keyed screw for anti-rotation, and rotating screw with traveling nut (travelling nut screw jacks) as the standard configurations.
7. Worm screw is rotated by a hand wheel with handle (mini manual screw jack) or by a electric motor (mini electric screw jack). Note: Can not directly coupled with motor by motor flange, because of the smallest size gearbox. Can be attached to foot mounted small DC or AC motors with couplings for powered operation.
8. Can be applied either individually use or combined into a exactly synchronized lifting system, linked by connecting shafts, bevel gears and couplings etc.

1. Conditions: 20% running time/60 minutes or 30% running time/10 minutes, 20 °C ambient temperature. Maximum allowable input power 0.18kw, when your selection is exceed the maximum input power, the operational restrictions due to thermal limits. you will need to choose the bigger size screw jacks in order to allow effective heat dissipation. 
2. H=high ratio 5:1 (0.8mm stroke for one input turn), L=slow ratio 20:1 (0.2mm stroke for one input turn).
3. Nm=input torque required, kW=input power required. 
4. Selection of screw jacks using above figures should only be carried out in consultation with Jacton engineers.
