Stainless steel hand operated translating screw jack 5ton with ac 3-phase motor together for Malaysia customer. Stainless Steel Screw Jacks are ideal for use in demanding environments where corrosion resistance is required. All external components are manufactured from 300 series Stainless Steel materials. These jacks use a stainless steel worm with a high strength bronze worm gear(drive sleeve). Specifications: 5 ton capacity, translating screw configuration, inverted mount, gear ratios 1:12, 40mm diameter lifting screw and 7mm screw leads(pitch) as standard, stroke 1200mm, clevis end fitting, right input shaft and left motor flange, attached handwheel 200mm dia., and electric motor with motor flange.
1. Note: The dark gray figures in the tables indicates operational restrictions due to thermal limits. Selection of screw jacks using these figures should only be carried out in consultation with our engineers. When your selection is made within the areas shaded dark gray, you will need to reduce duty cycle or choose the bigger size screw jack in order to allow effective heat dissipation.
Before packing, all Customers' orders will be inspected following Production Drawings and Inspection Report.* Inspection of Screw Jack: model, screw diameter, screw pitch, installation type, basic design, stroke length, screw end types, wormgear ratio, worm shaft diameter, input shaft types, motor flange types, accessories, lubrications, housing color, orders with special requirements, smooth lifting.
* Inspection of Bevel Gearbox: model, input shaft diameter, output shaft(solid or hollow) diameter, input flange dimensions, shaft arrangements, rotation directions, mounting positions, gear ratios, accessories, lubrications, housing color, orders with special requirements.
* Inspection of Lifting System: except above points, must inspect the order quantities of jacks, gearboxes and others.
* Express(Air Courier): Factory to customers' company by FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT. Incoterms: EXW, DDU.* Asia: Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Pakistan, Philippines, Vietnam, United Arab Emirates, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Turkey, India, Sri Lanka, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar.
